This custom oil pan allows for a plug-and-play installation of the M57 D1 (184 or 193 hp) and D2 (204 hp) engines in BMW E30/E34 models.
Made of stainless steel (rather than a modified version of the original E34 TDS pan), it ensures a simple and durable installation, with easier manufacturing and potential repair in the event of damage.
It simplifies installation without requiring additional modifications.
For sports applications (racing, drifting, grip, etc.), an anti-splash plate is required. If you intend to use your M57 in such applications, please send us a message via the contact form if you would like to have mounting brackets made at the same time the sump is manufactured to allow you to make and mount your own design.
